Studio arts
The Accademia Italiana in Rome has special programs dedicated to the disciplines of set design and costume design. These programs are open to Arcadia students on a limited basis. Students must enroll for the entire year program, which includes a one month intensive course in Italian language in September (to be followed by Italian language courses during the entire year) while the set design program and the costume design program will begin in October and run until May.
Students must submit transcripts and/or portfolio in order to be accepted into these specialization courses.
