A TASTE TO LEARN ABOUT WHAT IT MEANS TO BE CREATIVE
Reference point for post-secondary education in various disciplines, with headquarters in Florence and in Rome, the Accademia Italiana, beginning on January 31 will open the doors of the Rome Institute to present to the public the academic programs in the different subjects as well as the special services available to the students interested in undertaking a creative career. January 31 at h. 14,30 the Accademia Italiana in Piazza della Radio 46 in Rome will offer the year's first Open Day, an important opportunity to become acquainted with this excellent school of design. The afternoon activities will alternate between presentation of the courses, encounters with the instructors and live performances of some of the design disciplines offered. This initiative is open to all those interested and is an occasion not to be missed to meet the staff and to visit the numerous laboratories and see the technology available at the Rome Institute. Other Open Days have been scheduled for March 6, March 24 and May 2.
An exciting calendar of workshops have also been scheduled in Rome: Tuesday, February 21 (Design), Wednesday, February 22, (Fashion), Thursday, February 23 (Photography and Jewelry Design). In the month of April: Tuesday, April 4 (Design), Wednesday, April 5 (Fashion), Thursday, April 6 (Photography and Jewelry Design).

At the Florence headquarters in Piazza Pitti the Open Day has been set for March 6, and during the week of March 6 - 10 interested students are invited to participate in the Open Week, which involves a free trial week of lessons allowing the student to enter into contact with the world of the Accademia Italiana, meeting and interacting with students and instructors in the various courses. Personalized programs can be arranged according to the needs of each student.
March 8 will introduce another new event: Happy Hour at the Accademia Italiana with our students! This orientation exercise will be completely in the hands of the graduating students at the Accademia, without the presence of the instructors. Accademia Italiana students will be available between the hours of h. 19,00 and 21,00 to answer questions, show their work and show students around the facilities, allowing for a more informal conversation. The Open Week will be repeated from April 3 to 7.
