Specialization Programs -
The objective of the Styling course is to develop the professional skills of a stylist, who supports a brand in all things related to its image. The stylist plays the role of coordinator during a fashion show, in the filming of video clips and at photo shoots for print advertisements or advertising campaigns. This creative professional must also stay up-to-date on trends: he or she is the style expert able to bring out the best characteristics of a given product that can be associated with fashion or the big screen, using to full advantage his or her knowledge in the field and organizational skills.
At the end of this course, students will be able to fully understand the "fashion concept" as a set of trends refined through an analytical methodology and oriented toward the enhancement of a brand. The course will include the history of contemporary costume and fundamental concepts of photography and graphic design, which are necessary for the student to fully express newly acquired skills and personal creativity.
During the course, students will have the opportunity to collaborate with other academic departments, using the school's photography studio and directly putting their knowledge of fashion shows, photo shoots and video into practice. The experience will culminate with their participation in the Rome High Fashion week.
