Student Housing

The Accademia Italiana in Florence offers study abroad students a housing placement service in apartments shared with other students from our school, based on the preferences they indicate on their application forms.

The apartments are fully furnished and include wifi, fully equipped kitchens and washing machines. They are located in the historic city centre of Florence within walking distance of the school.

Students can choose a private room, a shared room or a studio apartment and can request to live with other students from their home universities. Private rooms are in short supply so cannot be guaranteed to all students who request them.

Housing fees specific to the room type selected, a refundable deposit and apartment service fee are paid directly to the landlord before the program start date.

Students are not required to use our housing service or to stay in the apartments we normally use. Our staff are available to offer alternative suggestions to students who wish to arrange their own housing.
