Students from the Fashion and Design School at the Nextech Festival: “After the Festival, the academic year begins"

In the early hours of Sunday morning, at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence, a thunderous ovation greeted the end of the fifth edition of the Nextech Festival. Students of the Accademia Italiana, joined in the festivities presenting their design projects and animations.

For three days, the Nextech Festival transformed the Stazione Leopolda in a pulsating heart beat to the sounds and rhythms of electronic music.

Confirming their pure experimental ethos, students from the Accademia Italiana Fashion and Design school in Florence, exhibited a selection of their works on Design and Music.

In one of the halls of the festival venue, a fashion and design exhibition was set up. It included the continuous projection of animated images, visual design studies and digital graphic design projects highliting strong communication skills.

In this context, the inauguration party for the start of the Accademia Italiana academic year 2010-2011 coincided with the first day of the Festival.
