The textile design course is divided into four academic semesters, the first two make up the basic course, and the third and fourth semesters make up the advanced course. The students will be working in professional studios, where they have well-equipped laboratories available including computers with software specific to textile design.

The best creations of the students will be shown to the public in exhibitions, thus creating contacts with the outside world and with the industries. The textiles created are sometimes studied for use in fashion design while others are created specifically for use in furnishings and interior design. The subjects cover both the theory and practical side of textile design.
