20 POSTERS FOR THE LILT CAMPAIGN

A pink Sunday for the Cinema la Compagnia where the Graphic design students of the Accademia Italiana inaugurated an exhibition supporting the LILT campaign. A large turn-out, led by the Florentine dragon boat team, made up of women who have had surgery for breast cancer.

During the evening event the film “Lo faccio mille volte per me” (I do it a thousand times for me), directed by Maria Erica and Lucilla Pacileo, with the Florentine volunteers as stars of an important inspirational story. This film was followed by the showing of “Annie Parker”, directed by Steven Bernstein. The event was part of the “pink October” campaign promoted by LILT. The graphic design students of the Accademia Italiana presented their contributions to the communications campaign with a series of posters that were shown in the foyer of the theater in Via Cavour. The work was coordinated by Prof. Walter Conti, head of the Graphic design department and the posters will be donated to the Florence LILT (Italian league for the fight against tumors) for use in their activities of social communication and prevention.
