The Accademia Italiana in Florence and Rome is authorized by the Italian Ministry of Education (MIUR - D.M. n.76 from 4/02/2013 and successive) to award legally recognized academic diplomas at the first level equivalent to a three-year Bachelor’s degree (180 CFA).
The Accademia Italiana in Florence is the first private institute of fashion, design and photography at the university level in Tuscany accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education.
The Accademia Italiana is also accredited by the European Accreditation Board of Higher Education Schools to award the European Bachelor (180 ECTS) at the end of three years of international study. (Credits are certified according to European standards and the transcripts are in English). The european bachelor degree is considered a private title in Italy.
Students enrolled at the Accademia Italiana can obtain a double title (academic diploma at the first level + "European Bachelor ").
All other programs of study (Masters, annual, summer) will result in professional certificates awarded by the Accademia Italiana.
