Accademia Italiana renews its participation in Open House

Accademia Italiana renews its participation in Open House, the annual event that in just one weekend celebrates design and architecture in the Capital. Approximately 200 sites from different historical periods, and usually inaccessible, are opened to the public for free guided tours with experts and professionals in the field of cultural heritage. On the occasion of this tenth edition, on Saturday May 21st Accademia Italiana will open its spaces and make its laboratories available to all those who want to discover how people work in an academy of applied arts. Throughout the day there will be guided tours lasting one hour each and anyone can participate by reserving their place at this link.

Our teachers, professionals in their respective fields, supported by the students, will guide guests on a journey of discovery of art, design and creativity: exhibition of drawings, photo shoots, fashion and jewelry workshops are some of the experiences that you can live in Accademia Italiana. In addition, this year there is great news especially for families. Workshops for children and teenagers, from 8 to 13 years of age, have been created to give even the youngest the opportunity to have fun while learning about design and its various aspects. In this occasion they can build their ideal place in our Design workshop (reservation here) or create a moodboard among the mannequins and fabrics of the Fashion workshop (reservation here).
