Completed application form (download here).
Statement of purpose (500 words or fewer)
1 academic or professional reference
Official transcripts from all colleges or universities attended
Electronic portfolio (for study abroad students wishing to take upper-level design courses, transfer applicants to a bachelor’s degree program and master’s degree applicants only)
No application fee is required.
Application materials should be sent by e-mail to email@example.com . Transcripts and references may also be sent electronically with the application, or mailed to the school.
