Apply to Study Abroad at AI

Your first step should be to visit your university’s study abroad office or your academic advisor to find out your institution’s procedures and regulations for studying abroad.

Required application materials:

Fall, spring or academic year:

Completed application form
Passport copy
Statement of purpose (500 words or fewer)
1 academic or professional reference
Transcripts from all colleges or universities attended
Electronic portfolio (for study abroad students wishing to take upper-level design courses, transfer applicants to a bachelor’s degree program and master’s degree applicants only)

Summer program in Florence:

Completed application form
Passport copy
Statement of purpose (500 words or fewer)
Transcripts from all colleges or universities attended

Application materials should be sent by e-mail to studyabroad@accademiaitaliana.it .Transcripts and references may be sent electronically with the application or mailed to the school.
