Fashion show for Charity

“Ferramoda” an Italo-maltese project, spotlights the Accademia Italiana.
An important accomplishment for two students at the Rome school, called to the stage of the Corinthia Palace Hotel for this event that unites fashion and culture, and called, in fact, “La moda รจ cultura” (Fashion is culture). Arising from the collaboration between the Maltese Chamber of Commerce, the Italian Embassy and the Italian Cultural Institute this fashion show is a charity event for underprivileged children that welcomed to the catwalk 18 models, 12 of them Maltese and 8 Italian, with make-up by Guerlain. Among the designers invited, that included Schubert, were two Accademia Italiana Rome fashion design students, Amanda Biscossi and Grazia De Carlo, who distinguished themselves for their creativity. The two had been seen by a representative of the Maltese Chamber of Commerce and invited to present in La Valletta under an agreement with the Accademia Italiana. An audience of more than 300 guests, 50 of them VIP, enjoyed the show. Lof.
