UnsAId: the unpublished stories with three professionals in the field of Design

Three online meetings with designers and experts in the fields of fashion, photography and design: September 21st, 28th and October 5th.

For three consecutive Thursdays, September 21st, 28th and October 5th, Accademia Italiana offers the opportunity to participate in sectoral webinars aimed at revealing the secrets of the professions in design.

Starting soon a triple appointment of online lectures 'unsAId' to see closely the profession of the designer with the professionals of fashion, photography and design. Teachers and experts in conversation in an exclusive dialogue to discover the professional background, for three consecutive Thursdays at 7pm in live streaming.

Three guests will illustrate their professional path in design, giving anecdotes and ideas for an extraordinary artistic career.

Thursday, September 21, opens the cycle of webinars with the fashion profession, guest Dario Musco Iona. Born in Noto, Sicily, in 2009 he moved to Florence to graduate in Culture and Fashion Design, during his studies he moved to Madrid to perfect the techniques of expression and visual communication thanks to the professionals of CSDMM. After completing his studies he worked in the haute couture atelier "Andrea Moretti" in Florence. In 2014 he plays the role of Fashion Designer/ Illustrator at Dolce&Gabbana in Milan, where he deals with the women’s show collections, RTW and VIP orders. In 2016 he joined the fashion house Ermanno Scervino, where, in addition to dealing with women’s collections, he collaborated with the Kids team for the children’s collections. In 2017, he assisted the designer Vivetta Ponti in the show and RTW collections for women and girls. Today he works as a knitwear designer for the Ottod'Ame brand in Florence.

On Thursday 28 September, the meetings will continue with a focus on photography, Antonio Carloni, coordinator of photographic projects and commissions of Intesa Sanpaolo and Deputy Director of the Gallerie d'Italia in Turin, last headquartered of the bank, who’s main mission is to tell the great themes of our time through the visual language of contemporary photographers. Previously he founded and directed the international photography festival Cortona On The Move for over 10 years, leading it to become one of the most relevant events on the international photographic scene.

Thursday, October 5th, 'unsAId' closes with the last appointment dedicated to design with Marco Giammetta: Architect and founder, together with his brother Gianluigi, of Giammetta Architects. Graduated in Architecture at the University "la Sapienza" of Rome, he trained in the Studio of Massimiliano Fuksas from 1992 to 1994. In 2008 he created the brand that today includes in a single group Giammetta Architects, Giammetta Design, Giammetta Contract, and Giammetta Real Estate.

The webinars will take place live streaming on the platforms Youtube, LinkedIn and Facebook at 7pm.
