Once again this year the Accademia Italiana renews its appointment with a series of conferences with exceptional names in the area of Graphic Design, Interior Design and Photography. The fashion design meetings will be held later the same month.

On Tuesday, November 6, in the Loggia of the school in Piazza Pitti, Silvio Cocco, considered “an unusual graphic designer” will meet with students. He was awarded the New York Times Scholarship for ICP students and in 2009 the Tierney scholarship. In 2010 he was among the winners of the World Press Photo Contest, where he was awarded First Prize for Single Photo in the People in the News category, while in 2012, he was chosen by Photo District News as one of the 30 emerging photographic talents of the year. Since 2006 he has collaborated with many Italian and international magazines.
