Giulia Ala, Mayra Romano and Rebecca Salardi are the three students of the Fashion Design program chosen by the Tessiltoschi industry of Prato to develop projects using the innovative materials for which this company is known: CARTINA®.
These projects, created for the school’s year-end fashion show, will be shown in a preview inside the Tessiltoschi stand at the Linea Pelle leather show in Milan from February 21 to 23. The project, which was introduced in September 2016, saw CARTINA® in the classroom at Accademia Italiana arte moda design in Florence, with the objective of creating a “fashion” collaboration that would create a blend of innovation and creativity. The project was received with great enthusiasm by the students, and will conclude in April, with the year-end Fashion Show presenting the works of the graduating Fashion design students, held once again in the Obihall Theater. During the show the entire collections of these three students will be shown, and these will include men’s and women’s outerwear and bags of various sizes. (Lof)
