BEACHWEAR, TECH FABRIC WINS

Full marks to the students at the Accademia Italiana for the beachwear.

13 of them put together a collection that closed the tenth edition of “Maredamare”, the beachwear fashion fair at the Fortezza da Basso. Also successful was Robert Ignac Kollar, a Graphic Design student, winner of the fair layout contest. The young designers from the Florentine school left their mark also in the relax area of the fair, designing the layout, while the young photographers did the shooting and the reportage of the fashion show. On the runway we saw one piece costumes according to the trends of the year, flowing kimonos and sexy bikinis often made in tech fabrics, such as neoprene as well as figure-hugging track suits inspired by Eva Kant, with flashes of lace and transparencies.
