The garments were inspired by the works of the Group Alchimia, Philippe Starck, and Memphis Design. The students of the second year worked using simple forms enriched by block colors or reinterpreted by innovative digital techniques or hand painting. Spotlight also on the revisiting of the classic abaya, traditional garments worn by the women of the Arab Emirates where the students were guests last year. (Lof).
