The development of a fashion collection requires versatility and multidisciplinary expertise. This course provides a comprehensive overview of the creative process, guiding students through the design of a capsule collection: from trend forecasting and concept definition (the narrative fil rouge) to actual garment design. Students will also explore corporate organizational models to gain a professional understanding of the industry's workflow. The program alternates between theoretical lectures and hands-on workshops, complemented by field trips to museums and iconic sites to discover the "fashion side" of Rome.
