Rome, November 28, 2024 - Students work on the graphic design and communication of a natural cosmetics brand

For the launch of the project between Accademia Italiana and Naturamed, an Italian brand of natural cosmetics based on Japanese Hyaluronic Acid, students were invited to review the concept behind the brand and come up with moodboards, ideas and sketches for the rebranding.

Students in the second year of the three-year Fashion Design course at Accademia Italiana, within the Layout and Visualisation Techniques course with lecturer Germana Marchioni, are working on the total rebranding of Naturamed.

The brand is committed to offering organic, natural and vegan cosmetics, formulated with the finest Japanese hyaluronic acid. Quality, sustainability and BIO ingredients are the key words for the success of these products for which the students were asked to reinvent the communication and renewing the corporate identity by designing new logos, packaging and colour palettes.

The objective is to create a design that is consistent with Naturamed's mission and values, increasing, at the same time, the online visibility of the products. The students are working on the concepts of beauty and health, nature and care for the environment, universal products, elegance and lightness.

Accademia Italiana designers will then present ideas for logo, packaging, colour palette, font, a proposal of 9 posts for social media and brand manual: only one will be the proposal chosen by the company for the new cosmetics line.
