Fashion and Costume Design in Rome: 2010-2011 Academic Year Program

The Accademia Italiana new school facilities in Rome open in September with fashion and costume design programs and a calendar full of activities.

With the beginning of September, the new headquarters of the Rome school will officially open the academic activities with two Bachelor's Degree programs validated by the University of Wales (UK): Fashion Design and Costume Design.

The Accademia Italiana will thus increase its academic offerings in the new building, recently renovated and located just a few steps away from Trastevere.

The new school is in Piazza della Radio n. 46, where an exhibition of works done by the young creative students who attend the programs is now on display.

The official inauguration will be on October 20th, 2010 at 6pm, with the presence of important names from the world of fashion and art.

During the first academic semester (September /October 2010) students will be able to attend a series of encounters with important names from the fashion industry, as well as conferences and seminars on relevant themes.
