Encounter with Elio Fiorucci "Seduction speaks to our souls"

Fashion designer Elio Fiorucci, guru of young fashion who in the 1970's freed the fashion world from its long established rules, was guest of the Accademia Italiana on the occasion of the year end fashion show.

Meeting with students and with reporters who questioned him about the theme proposed for the event, Fiorucci stated that "seduction is fascinating, magic, desire. The novelty that captures our attention seduces us Fiorucci also expressed the idea that seduction speaks more to the soul than to the flesh, contrary to popular opinion.

Seduction speaks directly to our subconscious where we develop our dreams, our projects, our fantasies. These dreams sometimes take shape in a face, a garment, a design object, as has occurred in these works proposed by the students of the Accademia Italiana.
