Maurizio Galimberti at the photography school of the Accademia Italiana

On March 24 the photographer Maurizio Galimberti held a conference for the students in the bachelor's degree program in Photography at the Accademia Italiana Florence.

During this encounter the photographer spoke about his particular work technique with the Polaroid camera, an instrument that he favors because it allows him to see the results of the shot immediately without waiting for the film to develop. It is this instant property of the photography, in fact, which is of fundamental importance for this artist.
Galimberti showed the students a selection of his photographic work, including portraits constructed with mosaics made out of Polaroid snapshots, works that for their originality have made him famous and consecrated him as one of the most eclectic artists in the Italian and international photographic panorama.
