The school in the working world

Scientific committee drawing from the prestigious in the world of Italian fashion and business. The Accademia Italiana, school of fashion and design, has decided to create a scientific committee drawing from the prestigious and influential figures in the world of Italian fashion and business with the aim of creating an observatory for new talent.

The famous names that have agreed to represent the Italian fashion scene include:
Alessandro Bastagli, President of A.Moda
Maurizio Bonas, fashion designer
Elio Fiorucci, creative/communicator
Stefano Guerriero, fashion designer
Andrea Panconesi, owner of the boutique Luisa Via Roma
Monica Sarti, of the textile industry Faliero Sarti

The aim of this scientific committee will be mainly that of evaluating, together with the professors, the work of the students, and selection of the most deserving. Lessons will also be held during the courses of the Accademia Italiana by all members of this committee.
This is a great possibility for young talents of the Accademia Italiana, an additional way for them to be in contact with the working world and with the industry. In the spring, during a first encounter, this committee will examine the works of the students and will propose a series of internships and the possibilities of work experience.
The committee will also be honored guests at the year-end fashion show which will be held on April 14.
